(All Clerk's need to attend one or the other of these sessions.)
Saturday, April 1, 10:00am - 12:00pm in the Small Conference Room at Westminster, 17567 Hubbell, Detroit, MI 48235.
Wednesday, April 19, 7:00pm - 9:00pm at St. Paul's, 27475 Five Mile Rd., Livonia, MI 48154.

The Checklist for Session Minutes has 3 updates
Initial Considerations:
1. Does the session have a sexual misconduct policy? G-G.0106
2. Does the session have child protection policy? G-3.0106
Presbyterian/Specific Events
3. "The Clerk of Session shall report and enter into the minutes that the records have been reviewed by Presbytery, and all corrections and exceptions." Presbytery Policy.

GREAT TOMATO GIVE AWAY 2017
The churches in the Presbytery will be asked sign up in March or April. This year on May 20 the tomato plants will be picked up in Farmington, Northville, or downtown Detroit. On Sunday, MAY 21, the churches in the Presbytery distribute the tomato plants to the Sunday school children or anyone else in the church.

THE PRESBYTERIAN OLDER ADULT MINISTRY NETWORK (POAMN)

7th Spirituality and Aging Conference
which will take place
June 4-7, 2017
at Concordia University Chicago, River Forest, IL.

The theme is "Transition and Transcendence: Transforming Aging through Spirituality". This particular conference rarely takes place in the USA. The Presbyterian track keynoters are: The Reverend John Buchanan and The Reverend Eileen Lindner. There are many great speakers in the program. We share a common mission in serving older adults. This is a great opportunity to meet others from other countries.
